example of Team Work. To boost the talent and improve the skills and team
work, Dharmanandan Diamonds Pvt. Ltd a leading diamond manufacturing company,
has organised a 3 days cricket tournament - Dharmanandan Diamonds
Premier League (DDPL) 2012 last weekend at SRK Sports Club in
Surat.
At
the event, Mr Laljibhai Patel, Chairman of DDPL Group stated "we believe
not only in our passion for diamonds and our 4500 workers but we are also
passionate about extracurricular activities and as a result we were able
to organize this event for all our employees. Our workers are the real
assets of the company and their team spirit helps us to have a different
outlook for work. We constantly endeavour to increase the caliber of employees
to reach the pinnacle of success in the business."
The
host team 'DDPL Royals' played friendly matches with 2 other industry
leaders namely Shree Ramkrishna Exports and H. Vinod Kumar. DDPL 2012
ended on 20th May amazingly with about 3000 cricket lovers in the dugout.
8 teams from various departments of the company participated and the final
match was played between 'Admin Kings' and 'Manufacture Stars'. Admin
Kings sealed the trophy as a Champion of DDPL 2012.
