We introduce ourselves as the leading Diamonds Importer, Exporter and Manufacturing Company. We have more than 3300 employees at our manufacturing unit located at Surat.
We are keen to make HR Practices more consistent across all locations/offices.
The organization has adopted a policy of recognizing long dedicated service through a programme of long service awards.
As the organization considers entire workforce as a family in broad sense. Hence the World Family Day was celebrated on 15th May 2010 by inviting the families of employees and the Chairman declared the Cash awards for the employees having long service with the organization .The details of awards are given below long service.
193 employees of 8 to 14 years of service shall be paid Rs.11,000/- each
21 employee of 15 to 19 years of service shall be paid Rs.25,000/- each
6 employees of more than 20 years of service shall be paid Rs.51, 000/- each
Total amount of Rs.29, 54,000 shall be distributed among 220 employees as the long service award.
The awards shall be given to the entitled employees on 1st June 2010 at Niru Farm, Surat.
A Mega Event has been organised on 1st June 2010 where the family members of all the employees will have dinner together and after dinner the Awards shall be given in a Special Ceremony in presence of distinguished honorable guests.
After the award distribution function, all the employees and family members shall be provided by a Traditional Entertainment programme known as “DAYRO” till midnight.
