Our Ultra-modern Factory
To accomplish our goals and vision, we, at Dharmanandan Diamonds Pvt.Ltd., have commissioned an ultra-modern and high-tech factory in Surat, Gujarat. The factory is equipped with the state-of-the-art technology and has provisions for labor welfare. The factory is complete with production, plant and machinery layout, offices, Training centre, R&D centre, Recreation facilities, Sanitation facilities, Parking, Security quarters, and other necessary facilities. All above facilities have been planned in the 7-storey building constructed on 5000 sq. meters land.
Plant & Machinery
In order to enhance our core competence levels and respond to the ever-changing business circumstances and markets, we have installed ultra-modern plant & machinery in the Polishing Factory. We started investing heavily on adapting new technology to ensure our position to compete the world development in our line of business by procuring listed machinery such as the Laser machine, Sarin machine, Sawing machine, Bruter (computerized & non-computerized), Computerized Polishing machine, Semi-automatic Polish machine and others. We are committed towards the quality of diamonds we manufacture.
Safety system
We are always serious about the safety of our human resources during working hours and understand importance of safety measures and systems for prevention of mishaps. We have installed modern and hi-tech safety system with regards to electric system and fire safety systems. The staff is well trained in usage of these systems whenever needed. There is also a clinic in the factory for primary treatment in case of any eventuality.
Security system
Being in a business of valuable products, it is of utmost importance that our business interests are safeguarded with hi-tech security system. We have the most hi-tech surveillance system with camera, computerized identity card for entry into factory, hi-tech doors for departmental entry from reputed manufacturers.
