Matching and Bagging : Dharmanandan matches and bags diamonds to be directly set into jewellery, reducing cost and time for customers. Our scale of production and depth of inventory enables us to match diamonds very accurately.
We use in-house technology to create 2D-models of matched calibrated diamonds for watch manufacturers who require a very high level of precision and zero deviation from specification.
- Bespoke Diamonds : As per our client’s specifications we manufacture Bespoke Diamonds using our extremely hi-tech manufacturing infrastructure and expertise. In addition to our 980+ standard assortments we also create bespoke assortments for our clients to remove black piques, graining, or white clouds.
- Self Certification : Dharmanandan’s own certification standards are considered at least as good as leading laboratories, providing details of inclusions, high quality images and other characteristics like black piqué, brownness and luster.
- Forward Delivery Planning : We deliver diamonds according to a forward delivery plan which we compile with clients. We use our ERP, linked to our manufacturing data and other market intelligence, to update clients on changes in prices and availability, helping them to plan their requirements weeks or months in advance and giving them confidence of secured supply.
- Fast-Track Production and Delivery : We leverage our manufacturing agility to create fast-track production plans for specific clients based on their urgent requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management : Our customer relationships are managed before, during and after each sale by customer relationship managers based in our local offices and in our 24x7 Customer Care Center, most convenient for each client. These managers act as diamond consultants, offering a consultative approach, presenting market research, identifying opportunities for new business, and suggesting products to suit their needs.
- Repairing Service : We offer a refurbishment service using our diamond expertise to repair stones when they become damaged during the jewellery manufacturing process.
- Desktop Application : Our customer relationships are managed before, during and after each sale by customer relationship managers based in our local offices and in our 24x7 Customer Care Center, most convenient for each client. These managers act as diamond consultants, offering a consultative approach, presenting market research, identifying opportunities for new business, and suggesting products to suit their needs.
- Data Feed for Online Retailers : We provide selected clients with a live data feed into their systems for instant display of our products on their shops\websites.
- Education : Dharmanandan organizes training seminars for clients, offering staff training in workshops and factory visits, building their diamond knowledge and generating awareness of our expertise including our proprietary diamond certification. We also provide seminars where we bring in the GIA as education partner.
- Promotional Activities : Dharmanandan works with clients to design point-of-sale displays, specialized packaging, leaflets, banners and advertisements. We also assist our clients with media planning, printing, publishing, and distribution of materials.
